How to Access Billing
As of November 16, 2007, PowerVPS is moving to a new system to manage your VPS as well as billing requests. Customers who signed up prior to this date will continue to use the existing system and support portal for requests. If you have servers under both systems, please be sure to submit your request to the one that is appropriate for the VPS you need assistance with.
Please be sure to submit your support requests to the correct helpdesk.
Using the wrong helpdesk will result in a delay in being able to respond to you.
How to know which support portal to use:
If...
- Your VPS ID is LESS than 8000 or
- You signed up BEFORE November 16, 2007 or
- You use the Virtuozzo PowerPanel to manage your VPS
(your welcome email says to access your PowerPanel using http://yourip:4643)
- Your original welcome email says to use http://www.deftechgroup.com/billing.

- Your VPS ID is GREATER than 8000 or
- You signed up ON or AFTER November 16, 2007 or
- You use the HSPComplete panel to manage your billing and VPS
