This gives you the ability to hire support technicians already very familiar with you, your operations and system.

Basic Services
Our Basic Services are $100 per hour, with a 30 minute minimum charge. They are billed in 15 minute increments beyond the first 30 minutes.
- Out-of-the-box 3rd party software installs, not covered under QuikInstalls
- Database imports/exports/dumps
- Troubleshooting database connection strings
- Intensive DDoS mitigation (this may require 24-48 hours of work as techs manually monitor your system throughout the DDoS and deal with attacking IPs and resource issues)
- Modification of customer/3rd party data (i.e. adding an entry to every DNS zone, reconfiguring VHOST entries under apache, changing 1 line in all php files, changing permissions on 3rd party software installs, creating databases for 3rd party software installs, etc...)
- Troubleshooting failed 3rd party software installs
- Spamassassin training
- Setting up a Windows executable as a service (only for .exes that can run as a service)
Advanced Services
Our Advanced Services are $150 per hour, with a 1 hour minimum charge. They are billed in 30 minute increments beyond the first hour.
- Installation and custom configuration of 3rd party software (installs covered under QuikInstalls will be billed for the QuikInstall + Advanced Services for duration of the configuration and testing of the configuration)
- Clientexec support
- SQUID installation/configuration/support
- Postgresql support
- Ruby on Rails support and configuration
- Java/Tomcat support and configuration
- LAMP support/configuration/troubleshooting on panel-less systems
- Composition of custom EXIM rules
- Composition of custom mod_rewrite rules
- General support for 3rd party software
QuikInstalls
Our QuikInstalls are one-time installs, no custom configuration or continued support.
