All hosting plans include a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund. The 30 day guarantee does not cover any add-ons or extras purchased upon signup, it only covers the VPS plan. You must cancel your account within 30 days of the activation of your account to be eligible for the money back guarantee. This guarantee only applies to NEW customers. Once you have been a customer longer than 30 days, you are no longer eligible for a MBG refund.

Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services; this includes but is not limited to Data Storage, Data Transfer. The refund policy DOES NOT cover dedicated hosting services.

Any request for cancellation must be received via the billing center and you will receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your account. Cancellations over the telephone and informal email are not accepted.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by PowerVPS for violating our Terms or AUP do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming or IRC use, you will not be given any refund.

If you have previously cancelled an account and received a refund under this guarantee you cannot re-order and still be covered by the guarantee. All subsequent orders are final and no refunds will be given.

If you cancel your account a refund will be processed within 7 days of your cancellation, it may take a further 4 days for this to show on your credit card statement or in your paypal account.

The money back guarantee is designed to let you try our service/support without penalty if you find it does not fit your needs. It is not intended as a mechanism for you to get free hosting. Therefore if you cancel and then immediately sign up again because you loved us and just don't feel like paying for the first month, your order will be denied. You can pay for the services rendered or wait 30 days (in either case you will no longer be eligible for a refund).

If a dispute is raised with your credit card company or PayPal then no refunds will be issued until the dispute is settled. Raising a dispute or requesting a chargeback will only slow down the process of receiving a refund and we ask you contact us to obtain the facts regarding your refund before taking such action.

When you cancel your account your hosting package and backups will be immediately removed from our servers and your account in the billing center will be disabled, this is for legal and security reasons.
