My web design company is a hosting reseller with PowerVPS and we were hit by a hack bot in late August. The bot quickly crashed my server and 100+ customers who were left without email and downed websites. As you can imagine, I was in a panic like my clients.
The crash occurred on a Friday morning around 10:00 am and Daniel and Prasul, particularly, emailied me constantly appraising me of the situation. They diagnosed the problems and completely rebuilt my VPS server from scratch, reloaded my programs and backup data with patience and the greatest
professionalism. They had us back up and online by 10:00 pm Saturday night-- in only 36 hours.
Daniel even came back in the office over the weekend when he was supposed to be off duty and called me to get us through the final re-launch of the server. This was first-rate customer service!
